Rebecca has studied with several prestigious organisations such as Premier Training, the Paul Chek Institute in America, and Central England College where she studied various aspects of exercise and nutrition science and expanded her training into Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, NLP Professional coaching, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Meditation. She is currently continuing her studies with the National Association of Sports Medicine, specialising in Nutrition, Women's Fitness and Obesity.
