Maple Syrup and Date Flapjacks
Ingredients
250g Butter
250g Coconut oil
2 tbsp Almond nut butter
3 tbsp Maple syrup
2 ripe Banana (mashed)
100g Chopped dates
50g Raisins
85g Mixed seeds (optional)
250g Rolled oats
Method
Heat the oven to 160C/140C fan. Line a 20cm
square tin with baking parchment.
Heat the butter, nut butter and maple syrup in a
small pan until melted.
Add the mashed banana and 100ml of hot water
and mix.
Tip into a large bowl.
Add the oats, fruit and seeds and stir until
well combined.
Tip into the tin and level out. Cook for
approx 55 mins or until golden in colour. Leave to cool and then cut.
