Ingredients:
Approx 900g Braising steak or feather steak (for 4 people)
500g fresh Beef stock (available in most super markets)
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 medium carrots halved and sliced
2 celery sticks finely sliced
2 large bay leaves
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 tbsp gluten free plain flour
Dust the meat with the flour, we recommend browning the meat at this point for added flavour but if you are in a hurry it's fine to place it straight into the dish. Place all the ingredients into a large casserole dish and slow cook in the oven for 2.5 to 3hrs, gentle stirring halfway through cooking, until the meat is super soft.
