Friday focus is about celebrating the successes of our amazing clients - no matter how big or small the achievements are.
Here are our favourite achievements from this week:
1. "Feeling both mentally and physically better, nothings stopping me now" 2. Making training work by bringing 3 kids to session, setting a healthy example at the same time! 3. Been inspired by the Commonwealth games to set up a big new goal to work towards!
