1. 12 month objectives around energy and lifestyle at weekends achieved within 8 weeks. 
2. Improved exercise consistency by shortening sessions and focusing on quality over quantity. Now feeling more energetic and fulfilled.
3. Having the courage to have a conversation about what's going on outside of the gym.
