Here are our favourite achievements from this week:
1. 20 weeks into a coaching programme: -10kg and -5.6% body fat, running 3x a week, body weight exercises 3x per week... "I feel fantastic!" 2. "Despite being in my late 40s I could probably outrun the 20 year old version of me" 3. Is regularly riding horses and doing cartwheels, when a year ago she was really struggling with sciatica.
