1. Since starting training has gone from strength to strength and giving everything a try.
2. Committed to exercise at the same time everyday with the aim - regardless of energy levels - and adjust intensity if necessary.
3. Staying keen for 6 weeks after signing up to be able to get started on his programme and having a fab first session!
