Chilli Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pack minced beef
1/2 pack minced pork
1 onions finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 cups finely chopped veg - peppers,mushrooms,courgette,celery etc
1-2 tsp Chilli powder to your taste
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
600ml stock
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 can kidney beans, drained


Method

Fry the mince in its own fat until lighlty browned. Add the veg and spices and cook through. Add the stock, tomato puree and beans and simmer for about an hour until tender.
Serve with cauliflower couscous.
