“I have been working with Aimee for a little over a year now, and we usually have two or three sessions a week. I have osteo-arthritis in both knees and one or two other physical idiosyncrasies typical of an ageing and overweight body. Aimee has focused my training on range of movement, helping me to do the basic things with ease and without pain. It's been transformational. It's the littlest things – I noticed last Autumn that I could stand up without twisting my body or leaning on something for support. I was at a choir rehearsal and we were sitting-standing-sitting all evening, when I suddenly realised I could do this with ease and in a way that I haven't been able to for many years. She's also really worked my abs (or in my case, flabs). I can hold myself so much more effectively, and my back pain has diminished significantly. She encourages me to push myself and is tough when needed. And training with Aimee is a real joy. We are working our way through some of Spotify's cheesiest playlists whilst she is focused on working me into a sweat!”
