The last 18 months has changed a lot for many of us
Few more so than new Mum Tracey, who had her first-born in the latter half of 2020
As rewarding as having a child is, the responsibility can make it more difficult to look after ourselves
We simply don't put ourselves first and when we do, we feel GUILTY for doing so
Tracey enrolled on our 30 Day programme wanting someone independent, who was outside of her network of friends and family to support her health and help her put in a routine back-in-place so that she could be the best Mum, partner and colleague possible
It's not always easy to admit to your friends or family that you're struggling

Over the 30 days, Tracey was able to create a new routine for herself that worked alongside her little one (who was even part of some of the sessions!) that included:
Simple stretches to relieve back, neck and shoulder ache,
One-to-one exercise sessions 2 x per week to energise her and begin to tone up her body and strengthen her back
One-to-one coaching on nutrition, sleep, lifestyle and mindset so that everything was aligned and she was feeling positive

Importantly, the programme was delivered 100%virtually giving maximum flexibility and convenience - no need to organise childcare or get all the paraphernalia in the car!
