Nick's Story
I have been a client of Motus for almost 7 years and see them as a partner, a sounding board...a therapist!
I first heard of Motus through their emails and they caught my attention. I was looking for some support, advice and direction on improving my overall health and well being. As someone at that time in their early forties, I had always undertaken some form of exercises, thought myself reasonably experienced but I needed something more.
On approaching Motus for my free consultation, I was apprehensive: “Would they be for me?”, ”could I afford their help? The answers were “yes” and “yes”.
I wanted straight talking pragmatic advice. In my case listening to where I was, where I wanted to get too and my own lifestyle limitations on time - working away, working odd hours, travelling, family commitments, the list goes on.
Firstly, Motus listen, don't judge and don't preach. I cannot go to Motus studio to train as I do not live close by, I like to train remotely at home or when working away to maximise my time. Motus were flexible in their approach and advice to suit my needs whilst focusing on my goals and objectives. In the nearly 7 years, I have been with Motus I can honestly say that they have supported me through lots of life's ups and downs with

If only this support had been available in my 20's!
I aim to visit Motus Studio in person every 6-8 weeks to have a Bio-signature Assessment (I like the numbers and science), review progress, adjust my programme and goals. All my other work is down to me, with remote support which works for me.
Over the last couple of years, Motus have introduced their app, which makes it really easy to stay focused and track your progress with exercise, nutrition and lifestyle - it actually makes you want to keep on top of your plan even more and keeps you accountable.
We also stay in touch regularly in between sessions so you always feel supported and know someone is there to answer any questions.
I cannot recommend Darren and the Team at Motus enough. I cannot see a time when I won't be a client; they are a key partner, a supportive friend for all things health and well being related.
