Insulin Sleep after Lunch

DP / 21 May 2015

Ever get that sleepy feeling mid-afternoon?

Perhaps you get it after every meal?  It can be a sign your body is struggling to control your blood sugar levels.

Another indicator of this can be trouble shifting fat from around your middle - hence the subject line.

First place to start is your lunch - it's likely you haven't got a balance of proteins/carbs and fats that suits you.

If this sounds familiar  and you are interested in finding out a bit more about it - or about you to be more precise - here's a link to our website and some information about an Assessment Technique we use called BioSignature Modulation.

All sounds very grand, but it helps us personalise our advice and track the results better.  If you respond well to stats and data it will be right up your street!
