Ingredients
250g broccoli quartered
400g spring greens, thick stalks removed and shredded
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
zest and juice 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Method
To make the dressing mix the garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, salt and pepper together. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then add the broccoli and greens. Cook for about 5 mins until tender. Drain well, then toss through the dressing and serve.
