1. How much time do I need to commit each week?
We recommend committing 2hrs per week on the content from the programme. This includes the Weekly Training, the Live Q&A, posting updates on the Motus App, filling in your Habit Tracker and doing a week review on the Sunday. The time it takes to implement your actions each week might be greater but how long these take is up to you as everyone's capacity to make time is different.
2. Do I need any exercise equipment?
No, all our workouts are bodyweight only. If you wanted some workouts with dumbbells or other gym equipment we can point you in the direction for these too
