Nutritional Cleanse Protocol Rakowski, Poliquin, Motus

dp / 8 August 2011

7 Day Nutritional Cleanse Protocol, designed by Robert Rakowski, adapted by Charles Poliquin, refined by Motus Training

At Motus Training we have been using version of this 7 Day Nutritional Cleanse Protocol with great success for several years. Some of our clients have followed this protocol and achieved fantastic results.

Average weight loss 5lbs (max 12lbs)

Average body fat loss 2% (max 4.7%)

The cleanse enables your organs to be rested and replenished which means they perform more efficiently when you resume your "normal" dietary routine.  It not only helps to speed up results and gives them a "kick start" but also helps you to break through plateaus.

So, why do it...?

  • Reduces body fat
  • Expels toxins
  • Rests & rebuilds your GI (Gastrointestinal) Tract
  • Rests your pancreas
  • Rests your adrenals
  • Increases your sex drive
  • Increases your mental clarity
  • Improves Telomere* Length
  • Improves pain levels
  • Reduces stiffness in joints and muscles
  • Increases energy levels
  • Improves digestive function

What the cleanse is not...

  • A "fast"
  • A "detox"
  • Low fat
  • Low protein
  • Low carbohydrate

You will still consume a highly nutritionally dense 1000-1500 calories per day.  For many people, you will be consuming more protein, carbohydrate and fat than usual too - all calories were not created equal!!!

*Telomere length is a biomarker of aging, stress and cancer. It has been associated with many chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.
