Making the switch to focusing on process instead of outcome, will help you build positive momentum and a system of habits that will help you reach your goal. Also, a lot of the time the outcome is out of our control but the process is well within your control. So let's spend time focusing on what we can control!
An example of this is your outcome may be to "Get Fitter" - if we break this down the process to help you get fitter may involve going for a daily walk. If you set your focus to going for a walk everyday then as a result of this you'll get fitter.
