For many companies, unfortunately, looking after their teams health and wellbeing has become a tick-box exercise - they do it because they think they should, or they want to be seen publicly to be doing it
This results in programmes being run that serve no real purpose, and that often have very little impact (if effectiveness is even measured at all!). This is people's health we're talking about - its vitally important - businesses should really want to give it the attention it deserves.
We get it... there are so many other things going on, so many other priorities and tasks that need attention... A health and wellbeing programme can often go right to the bottom of the to-do list.
