Boot Camp is a great fun way to start the day. During your training session you will take in some of the magnificent scenery of the Alscot estate.
Your training session will consist of body weight exercises, so each individual performs to their own fitness level and ability.
Boot Camps are a fantastic way to improve your overall fitness and fat loss.
We are often asked, “am I fit enough to do boot camp?” the simple answer is yes, all our exercises are designed so that everyone takes things at their own pace. The majority of our boot camp members are people that are just returning to exercise.
