The key to pain-free movement

You may have seen last week that Callum (who interned with us over the Summer) has recorded a 5-part video series of the things he learned during his internship.


Working on flexibility and mobility is an area of fitness many of us overlook.


Most clients don't initially enroll on one of our coaching programmes with the aim of becoming more mobile, yet many will tell you that after working with us for a month or so, they move more easily and experience much less pain than ever before and this alone has a massive impact on their quality of life.


Not only that, but improving mobility alongside other aspects of health, fitness and lifestyle actually enables better all-round results - it removes some of the limitations for what's possible.
