They've worked out that most of us (and I include myself in this) CAN'T DO IT ON THEIR OWN - they invest in SUPPORT
And they've worked out you can make it EASIER by having a coach and programme that gives ACCOUNTABILITY - makes it happen
They've worked out it DOESN'T have to mean boring food
It DOESN'T have to mean hours and hours of monotonous exercise
They've worked out that well-planned small steps and small actions NOW mean reaping big rewards LATER
And perhaps the most important thing they've worked out RIGHT NOW?
This is HUGE
And it is that all the “reasons” we have for not doing this now, or for delaying, are the exact reasons why we should
